This notice explains information handling on the Mashed Burgers informational website. Online ordering, rewards, gift cards and our mobile app use separate services and notices, as explained below.
Browsing this website
You can browse our menu, story and locations without creating an account or entering personal information here. Our hosting provider, Bluehost, may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages and access times to deliver and protect the website and troubleshoot problems.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people use this website, so we can improve it. It tells us things like which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are (city or region), what kind of device and browser they use, which website or link brought them here, and which buttons they tap, such as Order, Call or Directions. Google Analytics uses cookies (for example _ga) and similar technologies to do this, and Google processes this information on our behalf under Google's policies.
We do not use advertising trackers, Meta Pixel or embedded social-media feeds on this website, and we do not sell personal information. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, this website does not load Google Analytics. You can also block cookies in your browser settings or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. Linked services, such as online ordering, may use cookies and other technologies under their own policies.
Orders, payments and rewards
Ordering, payments, gift cards and rewards enrollment take place on Toast-powered services, not in this website's informational pages. Information you provide there is handled under the notices and terms shown by those services, including Toast's Privacy Statement and Toast's diner terms. Mashed Burgers receives information needed to fulfill your orders, administer rewards and respond to your requests.
Our mobile-app privacy policy applies to the Mashed Burgers mobile app. This website notice does not replace it.
Franchise applications
If you apply on our franchising page, we collect what you enter: your name, email, phone, home state and city, your restaurant experience and background, who will run the store, where and when you would like to open, your net worth and liquid capital ranges, how you heard about us, and whether you agree to calls and texts. The form emails your application to our franchise team, and a copy is kept on our web server at our hosting provider, Bluehost. We use it only to review your application and contact you about franchising. We do not sell it or use it for advertising. We call or text you about franchising only if you check the box, and you can reply STOP to any text to opt out.
Contacting us and following links
If you email us, we receive the contact details and information you choose to provide and use them to respond. Please do not send payment-card details or other sensitive information by email. Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other linked sites are separate services; review the privacy information there before submitting personal information.
Service providers and retention
Hosting, analytics, communications and ordering providers process information to deliver their services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect customers, our business and our services. Information is kept as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, applicable recordkeeping obligations and resolving disputes; retention varies by service and record type.

The rights available to you depend on applicable law, and we may need to verify your identity. For information held by Toast, you can also use the contact and privacy-choice options in Toast's Privacy Statement.
